'From Above' : the comic book

Have just launched the official facebook page for my upcoming comic book : From Above.
It has  been created, written and illustrated by me.
Head on over to the Facebook page to check in for all future news, concept art, and exclusive content relating to the upcoming release.
Set in a future Melbourne, where the globalisation of economy has seen the fall of government and the rise of Corporate sectors and City States, the story will focus on a mysterious costumed protaganist, cover the aspects of this future society and tell the story of those who would rise to become a voice for those that have none.

Spiderman 2099

Sat on the couch watching the State of Origin tonite, sketching up Spiderman 2099 for this week's Ozcomics. Don't do a lot of non digital sketching these days so it was quite relaxing. Watching the game however was not relaxing :)

and then just mucked around with super rough colors...

and then gave it another color treatment...

That Bulletproof Kid

Thoroughly enjoying the Australian comics scene at the moment, and on that subject i thought I'd take a shot at drawing Matt Kyme and Arthur Strickland's character "That Bulletproof Kid". Forthcoming comic - protaganist concept

So I have previously revealed page one of my forthcoming comic. Now its time to reveal the character concept art for my main protaganist. More information to be drip fed in the near future, including this mysterious hero's name and also a dedicated facebook page for the coming book.

The Crayfish

Have had the honour of being asked to do an illustration of Cameron R.D Laird and Adam Rose's character, The Crayfish. He's such an awesome character and its been a heap of fun working on the image. Here's the pencil stage with inks and colors to follow soon.
